一、巧换柱塞弹簧 发动机在工作中柱塞弹簧折断的现象时有发生。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ号喷油泵在机车上更换柱塞弹簧又很困难。现介绍一种在没有试验台的情况下,巧换柱塞弹簧的简单方法:1.取下喷油泵的上泵体,注意柱塞副不能装乱;2.换上新柱塞弹簧,并把柱塞用清洁的油冲洗干净,插到柱塞套内;3.用棉线把调节臂吊起,并把调节臂摆在中心位置,然后把棉线两端同时固定在泵体高压油管接头上,拨动拨叉杆,使拨叉处在中间位置,将调节臂对准拨叉。然后松开棉线,把棉线从一头抽出即可。
