近20年来,发展了免疫药理学,它从免疫学的角度,探索药物对机体免疫功能的影响。ICR/JCR小鼠是进行免疫药物筛选、复制病理模型较常用的实验动物。我们于1978年7月从中国科学院上海药物研究所引入ICR/JCR小鼠,自繁自养已有8年。ICR/JCR小鼠的适应性、繁殖力及抗病力强,生长速度快,实验重复性较好。本研究对ICR/JCR小鼠的多种免疫指标进行了测定,可供开展实验免疫学及免疫药理学的研究作参考数据。材料与方法 (一)材料
In the past 20 years, the immunopharmacology has been developed. From the perspective of immunology, it explores the influence of drugs on the body’s immune function. The ICR/JCR mouse is a commonly used experimental animal for immuno-drug screening and replicating pathological models. In July 1978, we introduced ICR/JCR mice from the Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Sciences. It has been self-cultivated for 8 years. ICR/JCR mice have strong adaptability, fecundity and disease resistance, rapid growth, and good experimental reproducibility. In this study, a variety of immune parameters were measured in ICR/JCR mice. Reference data for experimental immunology and immunopharmacology studies can be used. Materials and Methods (I) Materials
