患者,男,60岁,干部,病例号4883。因患风湿性心脏病脑梗塞而致半身不遂,服用中药回天再造丸、通脉养心丸治疗。在服药一个多小时后,即出现周身荨麻疹,随之腹痛、腹泻。查大便常规无异常,考虑为食物过敏,予扑尔敏治疗,但服药三天不效。又诊为药物过敏,遂停用中药,继服扑尔敏,荨麻疹渐渐消失,腹痛腹泻皆除。一周后,患者急于治疗半身不遂又开始服用回天再造丸,于服药后40分钟即出现周身粟粒样红疹,奇痒难忍,继而腹痛、腹泻,一日三次为稀软便。再停用回天再
