化学物安全性评价程序中，传统的皮肤、眼刺激试验存在一定局限性，为此需发展合理的方法以替代实验动物局部耐受试验。本文就近１０年来这方面的研究进展及其前景作了综述。
In the chemical safety evaluation procedure, the traditional skin and eye irritation test has some limitations. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a reasonable method to replace the local animal experiments. This article summarizes the research progress and prospects in this area in the recent 10 years.
