2007年6月28日,韩国海军新一代导弹艇——PKG型首艇“尹永夏”号在韩国蔚山现代重工造船厂下水。继日本海自于2002年3月25日装备“隼”级快艇和2004年4月中国海军022型导弹艇首度亮相之后,东亚海军三强终于都拥有了各自的新一代喷水推进高速导弹艇。不同国家同军种的类似装备往往会激起人们比较的兴趣,因此022、“隼”及“尹永夏”之间孰优孰劣也就成了三国军事爱好者之间一个热议的话题。而中、日、韩三国之间因地缘和历史而产生的纷繁复杂的纠葛,给这个看似“关公战秦琼”的比拼赋予了现实且深远的意义。

However, complicated disputes arising from geography and history between China, Japan and the ROK give realistic and far-reaching significance to the seemingly “QIN Qiong” battle.
