4月8一9日,省水文水资源勘测局召开全省水文工作会议。会议总结了1998年工作经验,表彰了先进,对1999年全省水文工作进行了部署,重点突出了责任制的落实。于文江局长与各市(地)水文局局长签定了“防汛测报责任书”、“经营创收责任书’,。 会议强调,今年的防汛形势特别严峻,防汛任务特别艰巨,必须立足于建国以来最大暴雨洪水,做好防大汛、抗大洪的准备。
On April 8-9, the Provincial Bureau of Hydrology and Water Resources Survey held a provincial conference on hydrology.
