胃癌是消化系统中最常见的恶性肿瘤,我国胃癌的发病率和病死率均居于恶性肿瘤的首位。存活素(Survivin)是近年新发现的一种蛋白,属于凋亡抑制蛋白(IAP)家族,具有强大的抗细胞凋亡功能,在胃癌组织中有较高表达。研究表明,Survivin与现在已知的某些因子在胃癌中的表达有一定的相关性;并且,Survivin在胃癌组织中的表达与胃癌的早期诊断、治疗及预后有着明显的联系。本文就Survivin与肿瘤相关因子在胃癌中的表达及其相关性研究做一概述。
Gastric cancer is the most common malignant tumor in the digestive system. The incidence and mortality of gastric cancer in China are all in the first place of malignant tumors. Survivin is a newly discovered protein in recent years. It belongs to the family of apoptosis-inhibiting protein (IAP), has strong anti-apoptotic function and is highly expressed in gastric cancer. Studies have shown that Survivin and some of the known factors in gastric cancer have a certain correlation; and, Survivin in gastric cancer tissue expression and early diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of gastric cancer have a clear connection. This article summarizes the expression of Survivin and tumor related factors in gastric cancer and their correlation.
