简述了压缩机动态测试用的计算机辅助测试系统,其特点是利用微型计算机控制往复式压缩机实验数据的采集、存贮、处理及显示。并可利用该系统检验压缩机数学模型的有效性及改进数学模型的依据。重点介绍封闭指示图(P一V曲线)的各热力参数的分析计算,为压缩机的老产品改造,新产品设计、开发提供新的实验数据资料.
The computer aided test system for the compressor dynamic test is briefly described. The computer aided test system is characterized by the use of a microcomputer to control the acquisition, storage, processing and display of the experimental data of the reciprocating compressor. The system can be used to test the validity of the compressor mathematical model and to improve the basis of the mathematical model. Emphasis will be given to the analysis and calculation of the thermodynamic parameters of the closed indicator (P-V curve), which will provide new experimental data for the compressor’s old product renovation and new product design and development.
