以热推弯管变形分析为实例,在实验基础上综合考虑温度效应、应变速率、变形程度、应力状态与含碳量等因素对碳钢材料力学性能的影响,兼顾准确性和计算简单性建立了碳钢弯管成形过程材料本构方程。给出了一种建立材料塑性本构方程的实验分析方法,为复杂条件下钢结构分析奠定了基础。
Taking the deformation analysis of hot-rolled elbow as an example, the effects of temperature effect, strain rate, degree of deformation, stress state and carbon content on the mechanical properties of carbon steel material are comprehensively considered on the basis of the experiments.
