随着医疗卫生服务行业的快速发展以及人们对于抗感染药物的管理认识,当前包括国家以及地方都出台了各种医院抗感染药物的管理任务要求,对于提高各大医院有关抗感染药物管理的工作提出了明确的要求与技术规范。就近些年来的落实情况来看,尽管取得了一定的成效,特别是针对一些大中医院,抗感染药物的管理水平与管理质量都具有了明显的提升,对于整个医疗卫生服务行业的安全发展具有很好的指向作用,但是我们也要看到在许多医院特别是中小型医院内部,依然有很多的工作人员没有重视抗感染药物的管理工作,没有做好抗感染的防范与部署,本文就笔者在医院工作的实际经验,浅谈一下有关医院抗感染药物管理的几点经验,希望能够以此来促进我国医院抗感染药物管理的整体水平。
