蓄电池充放电集散控制系统属于工业现场数据采集领域。此集散控制系统应用于某蓄电池厂的蓄电池性能优化车间,采用CAN总线协议将各分散控制器形成集中控制系统。控制器提供了良好的人机操作界面,操作人员可以设置蓄电池充放电过程中的参数,控制器根据存储的参数对蓄电池的充放电过程进行控制,从而在充放电过程中实现蓄电池的性能优化,同时控制器可以实现蓄电池参数以及现场数据的采集。控制器的MCU使用ARM系列的处理器。控制器的采集电路各通道布局独立,能够保证控制器不受电磁等复杂环境的干扰,在工业现场环境中稳定工作。
