首先我对我们的刊物——生物学通报的诞生,感到无比的欢欣,并寄以无限的希望。平时我们在教课当中大家都有很多的体会与宝贵的经验,可是彼此很少有交流的机会;现在有了这样一个刊物,能让我们彼此交换经验与心得,作为人民教师的我是非常感激的。我因限於业务水平与政治水平,对教学的体会很少。可是我有一个愿望,就是借着这刊物和大家谈谈,并希望大家提意见来帮我们改进教学。因为在我们教师之间的门户之见,早已打破,至於怕丢人的(面子)观念也早在为建设祖国、为祖国培养人才的重大责任面前消失了。我现在谈谈我在课堂教学中的几点体会:
