本文报告23例乙型脑炎住院患者气管切开后感染肺炎,10例存活,13例死亡,病死率57%。并探讨了医院内感染肺炎的发生及预防措施。
In this paper, 23 cases of Japanese encephalitis inpatients were infected with pneumonia after tracheotomy. Ten cases survived and 13 died, with a case fatality rate of 57%. And to explore the occurrence of pneumonia in hospitals and preventive measures.
