以振动压路机的行走支架和振动支架为例,研究如何通过控制加工工艺过程,保证大型焊接结构件的设计精度,实现设计功能。通过生产实践,摸索出从焊接工艺,热处理消除焊接残余应力,焊接变形校正,焊后机械加工等各方面控制焊接结构件加工质量的方法。经过实际应用,所采用的方法有效可行。
Taking vibratory roller walking support and vibration support as an example, this paper studies how to ensure the design precision of large welded structural parts and realize the design function by controlling the machining process. Through the practice of production, the method of controlling the processing quality of welded structural parts from various aspects such as welding process, heat treatment to eliminate welding residual stress, welding distortion correction and post-weld machining is explored. After practical application, the method adopted is effective and feasible.
