某款叉车存在操作视野差,起重系统质量较大的不足,需要进行改进设计。采用大型有限元分析软件Hypermesh建立该车起重系统外门架的有限元模型,并对其进行两种工况下的应力分析。通过对外门架进行静载电测试验,检验所建CAE模型的正确性,并对外门架进行结构改进设计。改进后,外门架的总质量减轻32.4 kg,叉车的操作视野得到显著提升。

Using the finite element analysis software Hypermesh, the finite element model of the outer frame of the crane lifting system was established, and the stress analysis under two conditions was carried out. Static test of outer mast is used to test the correctness of the built CAE model and to improve the structure of the outer mast. After the improvement, the overall mass of the outer mast is reduced by 32.4 kg, and the operating field of the forklift truck is significantly improved.
