血小板活化在冠心病的发生发展中起重要作用,是冠心病血瘀证产生的重要机制之一,P-选择素、GPⅡb/Ⅲa是血小板活化的特异性分子标志物,能较灵敏地反映冠心病的发生发展过程,对冠心病的早期诊断、病情进展、预后判断及抗血栓药物的评估起辅助作用。血瘀证是临床最常见中医证候之一,其指标的增高,可作为冠心病血瘀证的微观辨证指标之一,对中医“胸痹”的诊治有一定的临床意义。
