瘦素是肥胖基因的蛋白产物,参与了机体体重和能量调节、免疫调节、血管生成、炎症反应和青春期启动及生殖调节等一系列重要生理活动。瘦素发挥的不同作用与其受体(Ob-R)表达分布的时空特征相关,瘦素在睾丸内发挥着多种重要的生物学作用。本文通过综述Ob-R在大、小鼠及人类睾丸的不同细胞和不同发育阶段以及生理和病理状态下的表达和分布情况,结合已有的体外实验结果,探讨了Ob-R与睾丸功能的关系,希望能为进一步研究人类睾丸的生理发育及男性不育的病理生理机制开拓思路。
Leptin is a protein product of obesity gene involved in a series of important physiological activities such as body weight and energy regulation, immune regulation, angiogenesis, inflammatory reaction and adolescent initiation and reproductive regulation. Leptin plays a different role in its spatial and temporal distribution of its receptor (Ob-R) expression profile, and leptin plays a number of important biological roles in the testes. In this review, we summarize the expression and distribution of Ob-R in different cells, different developmental stages, physiological and pathological states of large, mouse and human testis, and the existing in vitro experimental results to explore the relationship between Ob-R and testicular function Relationship, hoping to further explore the physiological development of human testis and male infertility pathophysiology to open up ideas.
