本文报告了硒、锌对培养软骨细胞生长代谢的影响。本实验在培养液中加入一定量的硒、锌对一代(?)关节软骨细胞进行培养。结果显示:‘补充适量的硒或锌均能促进培养软骨细胞的生长代谢,但硒过量则损害软骨细胞,若同时补给适量的锌和硒,其效果有相加的作用。补锌和补硒的效果可能为硒+锌>锌>硒。同时表明在培养软骨细胞的生长代谢中,其基质产生量和软骨细胞生长情况是一致的。
This article reports the effects of selenium and zinc on the growth and metabolism of cultured chondrocytes. In this experiment, a certain amount of selenium and zinc were added to the culture solution to culture the chondrocytes of a generation (?). The results showed that: "Supplementation of appropriate amount of selenium or zinc can promote the growth and metabolism of cultured chondrocytes, but excessive selenium damage chondrocytes, if the same amount of zinc and selenium supply, the effect of an additive effect.
