Japanese base camp immediately held an emergency meeting. The meeting held that Japan has now become a defeated nation and it is impossible to make an atomic bomb. At Imperial College’s Atom Accelerator has been damaged by the U.S. plane bombing. To save Japan there is only one way out is to hand over the atomic bomb to the Soviet Union.
