The implementation of green construction is a necessary requirement for building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society and an important link in the construction industry’s strategy of implementing sustainable development. This article starts with the connotation of green construction, analyzes the characteristics and principles of green construction, and discusses the research direction of green construction.
