目的:观察淋巴结核丸对炎症和迟发型变态反应的影响。方法:观察淋巴结核丸高、中、低(含生药40,20,10 g.kg-1)剂量ig 1次对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀的影响;观察淋巴结核丸同样剂量连续ig 7 d对大鼠棉球肉芽肿质量的影响;观察淋巴结核丸连续ig 5 d,对绵羊红细胞致敏大鼠迟发型变态反应(DTH)的影响。结果:淋巴结核丸高、中剂量对二甲苯致炎小鼠有明显的抗炎作用(高、中剂量组对耳廓肿胀的抑制率分别为18.5%,9.6%),与模型对照组相比差异显著(P<0.01);淋巴结核丸具有明显的抑制肉芽肿增生的作用,高、中、低剂量抑制率分别为44.73%,26.53%,9.30%,与模型对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.01);淋巴结核丸3个剂量均能明显增强DTH反应,与模型对照组相比均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),具有明显的增加小鼠细胞免疫的作用。结论:淋巴结核丸具有明显的抗炎作用,可增强细胞免疫功能。
Objective: To observe the effect of lymphadenopathy on inflammation and delayed-type hypersensitivity. Methods: To observe the effects of 1, 2 doses of ig, 40 and 10 g.kg-1 crude drug on the auricle swelling induced by xylene in mice, and to observe the effect of lymphadenitis on the same dose of ig 7 d on the quality of cotton granuloma in rats. To observe the effect of lymphoid tuberculosis pills on the delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) induced by erythrocyte sensitized rats for 5 days. Results: The high and middle doses of lymphadenitis had obvious anti-inflammatory effects on xylene-induced inflammation in mice (18.5% and 9.6%, respectively). Compared with the model control group, The difference was significant (P <0.01). Lymphoid tuberculosis could obviously inhibit the proliferation of granuloma. The inhibitory rates of high, middle and low dose were 44.73%, 26.53% and 9.30% respectively, which were significantly different from those of model control group P <0.01). The three doses of lymphonuclear pill significantly enhanced the DTH response compared with the model control group (P <0.01), and significantly increased the cellular immunity in mice. Conclusion: Lymphoid tuberculosis pills have obvious anti-inflammatory effects and can enhance cellular immune function.
