目前,关于教师专业成长的研究还停留在对教师专业发展问题的研究上,而关于环境、文化等外部因素对教师专业成长影响的研究比较薄弱。教师专业成长包括教师职业价值、获取教师职业手段、认同教师职业规范、形成教师职业性格等几个方面。教师的专业成长受到学校组织文化、校长、教师群体、教育政策等客观因素的影响,也受到教师的需要、兴趣等主观因素的影响。教师的专业成长对社会、教育事业本身以及教师个人都有重大意义。
At present, the research on the professional growth of teachers still remains on the research of teachers’ professional development. However, the research on the influence of external factors such as environment and culture on the professional development of teachers is relatively weak. The professional growth of teachers includes several aspects such as the professional value of teachers, access to professional means of teachers, recognition of teachers’ professional norms, and the formation of professional characters of teachers. The professional growth of teachers is influenced by objective factors such as the school’s organizational culture, principals, teacher groups, and education policies, as well as subjective factors such as teachers’ needs and interests. The professional growth of teachers is of great significance to society, the education industry itself, and individual teachers.
