质量功能展开(简称QFD)是一种面向用户需求的产品开发决策方法,目前已成为现代质量管理的重要方法之一。为了推广QFD的应用范围,提高QFD的工作效率,研制开发了QFD决策系统软件。本文主要介绍用QFD方法开发QFD决策系统的方法。
Quality Function Deployment (referred to as QFD) is a kind of product development decision-making method oriented to user’s needs and has become one of the important methods of modern quality management. In order to promote the application range of QFD and improve the working efficiency of QFD, QFD decision-making system software has been developed. This article mainly introduces the method of developing QFD decision system by QFD method.
