用~3H-TNT核素示踪法研究了三硝基甲苯(TNT)在小鼠体内的分布及排出规律。结果表明,给小鼠一次腹腔注射~3H-TNT后,TNT广泛分布于肝、肾、脑、睾丸及眼等组织。TNT在晶状体、房水和肝脏内的平均滞留时间(MRT)较长,分别为32.66,26.71,22.21小时,排出缓慢。脂肪和肾脏对TNT的摄取量最大,消除较快。 进入体内的TNT主要经尿排出,尿半排期为0.81天,24小时尿粪TNT排出量占5天总排出量的90%以上。尿中TNT代谢物2.6-二硝基-4-氨基甲苯排出量较TNT原形多。
The distribution and discharge of trinitrotoluene (TNT) in mice were studied by ~ 3H-TNT nuclide tracer method. The results showed that, after intraperitoneal injection of ~ 3H-TNT to mice, TNT is widely distributed in liver, kidney, brain, testis and ocular tissues. TNT in the lens, aqueous humor and the average residence time (MRT) longer, respectively, 32.66,26.71,22.21 hours, slow discharge. TNT intake of fat and kidney maximum, eliminate faster. Into the body of TNT mainly by urine, urine half-scheduled for 0.81 days, 24-hour urine TNT excretion accounted for more than 90% of 5-day total discharge. Urinary TNT metabolites 2.6-dinitro-4-aminotoluene emissions more than TNT prototype.
