29例晚期血吸虫病患者分别作了TSH、T_4、T_5放射免疫测定以及~(125)I—T_5血浆结合比值测定,其中4例患者作 TRH 兴奋试验。结果血清 T_4、TSH、~(125)I-T_5血浆结合比值以及TRH 兴奋试验均无明显异常。但 T_3平均值为1.07±0.56毫微克/毫升,较正常人低,其中7例呈低 T_3综合征,可能与肝脏T_4→T_3转化功能减退和营养、年龄因素有关。10例患者分别作血浆 E_2、E_3测定与 LRH 兴奋试验。结果 E_2增高者5例,其中3例达女子黄体期数值;E_3增高者1例(男性),可能与其血浆 E_2增多有关。10例 LRH 兴奋试验结果,仅1例呈正常反应,余均呈低弱或无反应。晚期血吸虫病患者的垂体促性腺激素储备功能呈显著抑制现象似与长期营养不良、体重减低、血浆 E_2长期增高的负反馈作用有关。
TSH, T_4 and T_5 radioimmunoassay and ~ (125) I-T_5 plasma binding ratio were performed in 29 patients with advanced schistosomiasis, and 4 patients were tested for TRH stimulation. Results Serum T_4, TSH, ~ (125) I-T_5 plasma binding ratio and TRH excitability test showed no abnormalities. However, the average value of T_3 was 1.07 ± 0.56 ng / mL, which was lower than that in normal subjects. Seven of them showed low T 3 syndrome, which may be related to the decrease of T 4 → T 3 transforming function, nutrition and age. 10 patients were respectively for plasma E_2, E_3 determination and LRH stimulation test. Results E 2 increased in 5 cases, of which 3 cases of female luteal phase values; E_3 increased in 1 case (male), may be related to the increase of plasma E 2. Ten cases of LRH excited test results, only 1 case was normal reaction, were showed low or no response. The pituitary gonadotropin reserve function of patients with advanced schistosomiasis was significantly inhibited phenomenon seems to be associated with long-term malnutrition, weight loss, long-term plasma E 2 negative feedback.
