自五十年代中期以来,随着以热冷连轧机为主体的轧钢厂现代化,开始大幅度采用机械化,自动化,而后急速地向炼铁及炼钢设备扩展。名古屋钢铁厂在1961年开始建设冷轧机,1964年建成第一座高炉,成为联合企业,十年间,大幅度地采用了油空压技术。本文主要结合到目前为止该厂设备使用中的事故,维护及改进的经验来介绍一下其使用情况,存在的问题及今后的发展动向。
Since the mid-1950s, with the modernization of rolling mills mainly consisting of hot-cold tandem mills, mechanization and automation began to be drastically increased, and then iron and steelmaking equipment were rapidly expanded. Nagoya Steel Plant began construction of a cold rolling mill in 1961, built the first blast furnace in 1964 and became a joint venture. In the ten years, oil-air compression technology has been drastically adopted. This article mainly combines the accident, maintenance and improvement experience in the plant so far to introduce its use, problems and future trends.
