根据我厂铸钢生产的发展,省科技服务站为我厂分配了一台由上海新光仪器厂出品的矽、锰、磷三元素自动分析仪。该仪器由自动控制系统、化学反应系统、比色系统、排毒等部分组成。初试时,仪器毛病较多,使用困难。为了合理利用这台仪器,以满足生产发展的需要,我们遵照毛主席关于“独立自主,自力更生”的伟大教导,在分厂党委,车间党支部的领导下,坚持实践第一的观点,干中学,学中干,边干边改,并学习兄弟单位的经验,对这台仪器进行了调试和改进。
