内皮素(Endothelin,ET)是新近发现的一种由血管内皮细胞产生的含21个氨基酸的生物活性多肽,也是迄今所知体内最强的血管收缩肽,近年来,内皮素与心血管疾病的关系受到国内外学术界的共同关注。为此,我们对健康人与高血压、冠心病患者进行了血浆ET含量测定,现报告如下。 对象和方法 一、对象:冠心病组20例(男17例,女3例),年龄41~78(平均59.7)岁,诊断均符合1979年国际心脏病学会及世界卫生组织冠心病的诊断标准。高血压组25例(男16例,女9例),年龄50~80(平均62.7)岁,诊断根据WHO建议使用的高血压诊断标准。正常对照组49例(男39例,女10例),年龄40~71(平均57.9岁,均为健康体检者,经严格检查排除心、肺等系统疾病。 二、方法:采用放射免疫分析法。晨抽取肘静脉血于EDTA-Na_2抗凝管中,内含200ku/ml的抑肽
