本文用透射电镜观察大鼠完成重复负重游泳后即刻及其恢复期肾组织超微结构的变化。结果表明:运动后即刻肾小球、肾小管均出现超微结构改变;恢复期肾组织超微结构的复原与尿蛋白、尿酶排出率的恢复在时间上具有一致性。
In this paper, transmission electron microscopy was used to observe the ultrastructural changes of renal tissue immediately after repeated load-bearing swimming and its recovery. The results showed that ultrastructural changes of glomerular and tubular tubules occurred immediately after exercise. The recovery of ultrastructure of renal tissue in recovery phase was consistent with the recovery of urinary protein and urinary excretion rate in time.
