《学报》是反映、促进、推动中医教学、科研及临床医疗不可缺少的重要组成部分,也是促进中医学发展的重要手段。它以文字为载体,比较系统地、缜密地传播文化知识,是文化的传播工具。作为传播文化的学报,有它的宗旨和方针,是编辑工作的依据。对于如何贯彻体现办报宗旨和编辑方针及完善和深化学报的改革,进一步提高学报质量,陈述管见。一、学报宗旨我院学报的宗旨是:积极贯彻党的中医政策;努力继承和发扬祖国医学遗产;深入探讨学术理论;交流临床经验。
