服务质量是衡量图书馆建设水平的重要指标,同时也是促进图书馆服务水平和质量提高的手段。目前,县级公共图书馆服务存在着许多问题,虽然各馆都在抓服务建设,但是往往忽视了服务中的许多细节的管理。一些县级公共图书馆虽然制定了关于服务方面的规章制度,但比较简单,缺乏可操作性,对服务的过程及服务中经常遇到的问题没有具体的、明确的规定。笔者以所在双城市图书馆为例,就公共图书馆公共服务质量如何提高进行了深入分析,并提出了建议。
Service quality is an important indicator to measure the level of library construction, and it is also a means to promote the service level and quality of library. At present, there are many problems in the service of county-level public libraries. Although each museum is focusing on service construction, it often neglects the management of many details in the service. Although some county-level public libraries have formulated rules and regulations on service, they are relatively simple and lack operability. There are no specific and explicit provisions on the service process and the problems frequently encountered in service. Taking Shuangcheng Library where the author is located as an example, the author analyzes the public service quality of public libraries in depth and puts forward some suggestions.
