城建档案的价值在于利用,利用价值是档案的生命所在,城建档案工作,包括档案的收集、整理、鉴定、编研、复制、保护技术、提供利用等基础工作在内,都应使城建档案这一宝贵的资源得到充分利用,服务于城市规划、建设和管理。提供利用工作是档案保管部门以所收藏的档案与资料为依据,通过各种有效形式与手段,直接提供档案信息为社会各项事业服务。下面,笔者仅就如何做好城建档案的开发利用工作,谈几点看法,与同仁商榷。
