关于“生产决定流通,流通反作用于生产”的提出“生产决定流通,流通反作用于生产”这句话不是马克思,恩格斯或其他革命导师说的。而是70年代初期,为了批判当时根本不存在的“流通决定论”,在“左”的思想影响下提出来的。其实质是要取消市场调节,在商品流通领域实行单一的指令牲计划。现在许多同志使用这句话,已不是当年的涵义了,而是承认流通的作用。这样认识流通的作用是不符合客观实际的,仍然没有摆脱轻商的传统观念。
