本文报道乌盟化德县1995-2000年实施卫生部结控项目6年来新登涂阳肺结核病人的治疗效果。初治涂阳肺结核病人的治愈率为92.7％,复治涂阳肺结核病人治愈率为82.5％。化德县实施项目6年来取得了显著成效,基本达到项目目标要求。 项目实施中存在的差距——可疑就诊率低。
This article reports on the treatment effect of newly-smeared positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Wudeng Dede County from 1995 to 2000, which was implemented by the Ministry of Health’s control project over the past 6 years. The cure rate of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients was 92.7%, and the cure rate of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients was 82.5%. In the past six years, the implementation of the project in Dedeng County has achieved remarkable results and basically met the requirements of the project objectives. The gap in project implementation - low rate of suspicious visits.
