2009年,受全球经济危机的影响,中国就业形势不容乐观。经济调整将为产业升级提供一次机会,也为高技能人才流动创造一次机会,但并不能解决高技能人才总量严重不足的矛盾。而且,随着结构调整和产业升级的推进,这种矛盾会日益突出。在中国美容业,这一现象也将不可避免:社会失业人数不断攀升,大学生毕业找不到工作,然而美容企业却为招聘财务、营销、策划、库管等方面的人才而苦恼。到底是什么原因造成了美容业这种人力资源供求的不平衡?时逢六七月份又一轮就业高潮,美容业能否通过引进更多的大学毕业生等高端人才来缓解人力资源匮乏的问题?
In 2009, affected by the global economic crisis, the employment situation in China is not optimistic.
