近年来,江苏省光伏产业发展迅速,但由于对外依存度较高,因此国际金融危机爆发后,该产业受到了较大的影响。为应对金融危机,世界各国政府纷纷出台经济振兴计划,发展新能源都占据着重要地位,中国政府也逐步出台了相关政策,启动了国内光伏市场,为江苏省光伏产业的复苏与发展提供了机遇。为此,本文分析了金融危机下江苏省光伏产业面临的机遇与挑战,提出了相应的政策金融建议。
In recent years, the photovoltaic industry in Jiangsu Province has developed rapidly. However, due to the high degree of dependence on foreign countries, the industry has been greatly affected after the outbreak of the international financial crisis. In response to the financial crisis, governments of various countries all over the world put forward plans for economic rejuvenation and development of new energy all occupying an important position. The Chinese government has also gradually introduced relevant policies and started the domestic photovoltaic market, providing opportunities for the recovery and development of photovoltaic industry in Jiangsu Province. . Therefore, this article analyzes the opportunities and challenges PV industry in Jiangsu Province faces under the financial crisis and puts forward corresponding policy and financial proposals.
