“小组学习很好地体现了新课改的核心——自主、合作、探究。学习小组的建立和建设是打造生本课堂的灵魂,小组学习决定成败,小组合作学习真正实现了学生的自主管理、自主学习、自我教育。”这是我在生本培训课上学到的关于小组学习的理论。然而,在实践中,很多老师认为,实行生本后,只会让优生更优,慢生更差。那么,如何让慢生也能在生本的课堂上得到锻炼,得到展示,从而提高能力,增强自信呢?这是我一直在思考的问
