高职院校教师“三能素质”包括理论教学能力、实训指导能力、社会服务能力。本文通过对236名高职院校教师“三能素质”发展自我认知调查发现:高职院校教师的理论教学和实训指导两个能力发展较好,而社会服务能力发展程度落后于前两者;由于受性别、年龄、教龄、职称、学历等因素影响,高职院校教师在“三能素质”发展的六个维度上表现出不同的差异和特点。基于此,进一步促进高职院校教师“三能素质”发展应从强化教师科研意识、完善制度措施、创建校内教师发展平台、形成教师团队发展合力等方面进行。

Based on this, to further promote the development of teachers “three qualities ” in higher vocational colleges should be carried out in the aspects of strengthening teachers ’scientific research awareness, perfecting institutional measures, creating teachers’ development platform in school and forming a team of teachers.
