利用血液动力学和多谱勒超声心动图两种方法测定了对照组、冠心病侧支组和冠心病无侧支组的左心功能。冠心病侧支组的LVEF高于无侧支组,低于对照组;LVEDP低于无侧支组。反映左室舒张功能的A/E比值无侧支组最高,但侧支组也明显高于对照组。结果提示冠状动脉侧支循环对左心功能有保护作用,但其作用有限。
Left hemodynamics and Doppler echocardiography were used to determine the left ventricular function in control group, coronary heart disease collateral group and coronary artery disease without collateral group. LVEF in CHD patients with coronary heart disease was higher than that in patients without coronary artery disease and lower than those in control group. LVEDP was lower than that without coronary artery disease. The A / E ratio, which reflects left ventricular diastolic function, was the highest in the unaffected group, but was significantly higher in the collateral group than in the control group. The results suggest that coronary collateral circulation has a protective effect on left ventricular function, but its role is limited.
