目的探讨兰州市西固区常住居民2周患病情况及影响因素分析。方法选取兰州市西固区常住居民1029例,采用自制的社区居民健康状况调查表于2014年11月28日至12月9日进行入户调查,调查内容包括居民人口学特征、2周患病情况,并采用Logistic多因素回归分析影响居民2周患病情况的影响因素。结果1029例居民中,2周患病329例,2周患病率为32.0%。不同性别2周患病率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同年龄阶段、不同文化程度居民2周患病率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2周患病疾病依次为循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、内分泌、营养和代谢疾病、消化系统疾病、肌肉骨骼疾病。根据2周患病情况经所有居民分为2周患病组329例,正常组700例,2周患病组患者年龄、文化程度、既往史不如正常组(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄≤29岁或≥60岁、文化程度、既往史是影响居民2周患病情况的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论兰州市西固区居民2周患病率达32.0%,且年龄≤29岁或≥60岁、文化程度、既往史是影响居民2周患病情况的影响因素。。
Objective To investigate the prevalence and influencing factors of residents of Xigu District, Lanzhou City for 2 weeks. Methods A total of 1029 residents of Xigu District of Lanzhou City were selected. Household surveys were conducted from November 28 to December 9, 2014 using a self-made questionnaire on the health status of community residents. The survey included residents’ demographic characteristics and two weeks of illness. Situation and logistic multivariate regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors affecting residents’ two-week prevalence. Results Among the 1029 residents, 329 had 2 weeks of illness, and the 2 week prevalence was 32.0%. There was no statistically significant difference in prevalence between different sexes at 2 weeks (P>0.05), and there was a statistically significant difference between prevalence rates of residents at different ages and levels of education (P<0.05). The two-week illnesses were circulatory, respiratory, endocrine, nutritional and metabolic diseases, digestive diseases, and musculoskeletal diseases. According to the prevalence of 2 weeks, all residents were divided into 329 cases with 2 weeks disease group and 700 cases with normal group. The age, education level and past history of 2 weeks disease group were worse than normal group (P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age ≤29 or ≥60, education level, and past history were the influencing factors affecting residents’ two-week prevalence (P<0.05). Conclusion The prevalence rate of residents in Xigu District of Lanzhou City was 32.0%, and age ≤ 29 or ≥ 60 years old, education level, and past history were the influencing factors affecting residents’ two-week prevalence. .
