化工原理是化工类专业学生最重要的基础技术课之一,它以高等数学、普通物理、物理化学等课程为基础,联结后续的化学反应工程、分离工程、化工工艺学等课程,是学生知识能力结构中的一门重要课程。因此,必须在这一课程的教学中使学生早期建立工程观点、技术经济观点,培养学生工程思维、经济思维能力,使学生能用工程观点解决工程实际问题。所以,在化工原理教学中,以介绍“三传”基本原理为基础,及时把当前化工研究的新思路、新成果融入教学之中,并重视始终贯彻工程观点这一思想。作者经过几年的教学实践和思考,认为工程观点的培养应贯穿于化工原理课程的各个教学环节之中。
The principle of chemical engineering is one of the most important basic technical courses for chemical engineering students. It is based on courses of higher mathematics, general physics and physical chemistry. It is a link between subsequent courses of chemical reaction engineering, separation engineering and chemical engineering, An important lesson in competency structure. Therefore, we must enable students to establish engineering viewpoints, technical and economic perspectives early in the teaching of this course, cultivate students’ engineering thinking and economic thinking ability, and enable students to use engineering perspectives to solve practical engineering problems. Therefore, in the teaching of chemical principles, based on the introduction of the basic principles of the “Three Chuan”, we promptly incorporate the new ideas and new achievements in current chemical research into our teaching, and attach importance to the idea of always implementing engineering viewpoint. After several years of teaching practice and thinking, the author believes that the cultivation of engineering viewpoint should permeate all teaching links of the course of chemical engineering.
