关于孔子的政治理想,我国学术界大致三说:一是“复礼从周”说,其主要论据见《论语·八佾》中“周监于二代,郁郁乎文哉,吾从周”几章和其它尚礼的言论;二是“老安少怀”说,主要根据是《论语》所记的两则孔子和弟子言志的材料,《公冶长》篇中载子路问子之志,孔子说,“老者安之,明友信之,少者怀之”.《先进》篇又载孔子与弟子言志,曾点说:“暮春者,春服即成,冠者五六人,童子六七人,浴乎沂,风乎舞雩,咏而归”.这是一群成年人和天真无邪的童子在春风怡荡的大自然怀抱中尽情欢唱的牧歌式的景象.孔子听后极为赞赏,“喟然叹曰:‘吾与点也’”.这两章言志都是谈政治抱负,所以,有人认为这代表了孔子的政治理想.三是“大同”“小康”说,其根据是《礼记·礼运》篇中孔子和子游的对话.孔子说:“大道之行也,天下为公,选贤与能,讲信修睦,故人不独亲其亲,不独子其子,使老有所终,壮有所用,幼有所长,鳏寡孤独废疾者皆有所养.男有分,女有归.货恶其弃于地也、不
