广东中学英语教师的素质存在较大的个体差异性 ,因此中学英语教师继续教育应该分层次 ,有针对性 ,在课程设置上不能“一刀切”。针对不同的教师状况 ,提出不同的继续教育课程设置方案。
There is a big individual difference in the quality of English teachers in middle schools in Guangdong. Therefore, the continuous education of middle school English teachers should be divided into different levels and pertinently. According to different teacher's condition, put forward different programs of continuing education curriculum.
