首次合成了8-氨基喹啉-5-偶氮-对苯磺酸钠(AQAPS)。产品通过了元素分析、红外光谱、热重分析、纸包层谱鉴定。 AQAPS在碱性溶液中,能与铜(Ⅱ)作用并在λ_(cm)/λ_(cx)=370nm/325nm产生强烈荧光,其荧光强度与铜(Ⅱ)的浓度在6~100ppb及60~250ppb范围内有线性关系。测定了高纯铅及铝中的痕量铜(Ⅱ),结果满意。在溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTMAB)的存在下,AOAPS还是钯(Ⅱ)的高选择性试剂。水相光度测定钯(Ⅱ),ε_(?)=8.0×10~4l·cm~(-1)·mol~(-1)。线性范围0~40μgPd(Ⅱ)。测定了Pd/C催化剂、二次阳极泥、矿样中的微量钯(Ⅱ),结果较好。用光度法测定了AQAPS的酸离解常数,pK_(?)=3.644±0.03(20℃±0.5)。
For the first time, 8-aminoquinoline-5-azo-p-toluenesulfonate (AQAPS) was synthesized. Products passed the elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, thermal gravimetric analysis, paper clad layer identification. AQAPS can react strongly with copper (Ⅱ) in alkaline solution and produce strong fluorescence at λ cm / λ cx = 370nm / 325nm. The fluorescence intensity of AQAPS is in the range of 6 ~ 100ppb and 60 ~ 250ppb within a linear relationship. The determination of trace amounts of copper (Ⅱ) in high purity lead and aluminum was satisfactory. AOAPS is also a highly selective reagent for palladium (II) in the presence of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB). The aqueous phase photometric determination of palladium (Ⅱ), ε _ (?) = 8.0 × 10 ~ 4l · cm -1 (-1) mol -1. Linear range 0 ~ 40μgPd (Ⅱ). The Pd / C catalyst, the secondary anode slime and the trace palladium (Ⅱ) in the ore sample were measured and the results were good. The acid dissociation constant of AQAPS was determined by spectrophotometry, pK_ (?) = 3.644 ± 0.03 (20 ℃ ± 0.5).
