目的 :利用二维超声研究心脏急症——左房粘液瘤与左房活动性血栓鉴别诊断 ,从而早期手术 ,否则极易发生生命危险。方法 :对 2 1例左房粘液瘤和 1例左房活动性血栓患者进行详细的超声心动图检查 ,观察瘤体特点及血栓活动情况。结果 :左房粘液瘤显示为圆形或椭圆形中等强度回声 ,轮廓清晰 ,边缘规整 ,瘤体均有蒂附着 ,活动度大。活动性血栓显示椭圆形强回声光团 ,边缘整齐光滑 ,未见有蒂连于房间隔 ,活动度极大 ,自由翻转 ,位置不定。结论 :二维超声心动图可通过二尖瓣情况、有无蒂附着情况、异物活动度、形态及患者心脏杂音情况的研究 ,为临床及时、准确地鉴别左房粘液瘤和左房活动性血栓提供最为可靠的依据。
OBJECTIVE: To study the emergency diagnosis of left atrial myxoma and left atrial myxoma by two-dimensional echocardiography, which leads to the danger of life-threatening. Methods: A detailed echocardiography was performed on 21 patients with left atrial myxoma and 1 left atrial active thrombus, and the characteristics of the tumor and thrombus activity were observed. Results: Left atrial myxoma showed circular or oval-shaped moderate-intensity echoes with clear outline and regular edges. The tumors were pedicled and had great activity. Active thrombus showed oval hyperechoic light, neat edges, no pedunculated atrial septum, great activity, free flip, the location of uncertainty. Conclusion: Two-dimensional echocardiography can be used to diagnose left atrial myxoma and left atrial active thrombus through the study of mitral valve conditions, the presence of pedicle attachment, the motion of foreign body, the morphology and the patient’s heart murmur. Provide the most reliable basis.
