为了解Ｔ－２毒素对骨生长代谢的影响，我们应用骨形态计量学及硬组织切片法研究了Ｔ－２毒素对骨矿化的影响。结果发现，Ｔ－２毒素可影响大鼠骨矿化率及类骨质形成。结果提示：Ｔ－２毒素可抑制骨组织生长发育。
To understand the effect of T-2 toxins on bone growth and metabolism, we examined the effects of T-2 toxication on bone mineralization using bone morphometry and hard tissue biopsies. The results showed that T-2 toxin can affect rat bone mineralization rate and osteoid formation. The results suggest that: T-2 toxin can inhibit bone growth and development.
