Syndrome X,这种病名最近才被各国学者所承认。笔者又把此病名称为非冠状动脉狭窄性(非冠状动脉硬化性)心绞痛或青少年(性)心绞痛。Syndrome X 的定义:1.心痛绞;2.负荷试验阳性;3.正常冠状动脉;4.无明显的其他心脏疾病。对负荷试验阳性者,应具有心肌缺血的证据。虽然是正常冠状动脉,但象异型心绞痛那样,在心血管造影上见到外膜冠状动脉痉挛现象则应除非本病。因此有的学者提出本病的定义上应加一条麦角碱试验阳性。
Syndrome X, the name of the disease has recently been recognized by scholars from all countries. The author again named the disease as non-coronary stenosis (non-coronary artery disease) angina or adolescent (angina). Definition of Syndrome X: 1. Heartache; 2. Positive test of load; 3. Normal coronary artery; 4. No obvious other heart disease. For load test positive, there should be evidence of myocardial ischemia. Although it is normal coronary artery, but like heterotypic angina, as seen in cardiovascular angiography on the outer membrane of coronary artery spasm should be unless the disease. Therefore, some scholars proposed the definition of the disease should be added to a positive test of ergot.
