自动化生产线电气实训是技师学院培养电工高级工、技师学生动手实践能力的有效途径。本文阐述的自动化生产线学生实训系统融合了PLC、传感器、气动、触摸屏、步进电机驱动、伺服电机驱动等多种技术,重点介绍了四自由度机械手单元的设计方法和三菱PLC N:N网络构建方法,N:N网络将相对独立的上料加工单元、机械手单元和仓储单元的三个PLC连在一起,实现了三个单元功能的有机结合,为学生提供了研究复杂PLC电气控制系统的学习平台。
