浅析影响大学生立定跳远成绩的因素和对策

立定跳远是大学生身体素质测试的项目之一,它的技术动作由预摆、起跳、腾空、落地四个部分组成。它比较全面地反映了大学生的力量、速度、灵敏、柔韧、协调等综合素质。通过考察近几年大学生的测试情况,发现总体成绩并不理想。本文对影响立定跳远成绩的因素进行了分析研究,提出了解决的途径和方法,希望对广大体育教师和学生能有所帮助。一、影响大学生立定跳远成绩的因素(一)个体身体形态

Standing long jump is one of the items of college students physical fitness test, and its technical actions from pre-swing, take-off, vacated, landing four parts. It reflects the overall quality of undergraduates more comprehensively, such as strength, speed, sensitivity, flexibility and coordination. By examining the test results of college students in recent years, we found that the overall score is not satisfactory. This article analyzes the factors which affect the performance of standing long jump, puts forward the solutions and methods, and hopes that it can be helpful to the majority of PE teachers and students.
