简介 针刺为什么能镇痛?这个问题引起了国内外生理工作者的注意。我校生理教研室为了积极发掘祖国医学这份宝贵遗产,探讨针麻原理,对于中枢特异与非特异系统在针麻中的作用,作了一些工作。他们在实验中一方面刺激动物牙髓或下齿槽神经引起疼痛,并在示波仪器上记录中枢神经系统的诱发电位。另一方面给动物作穴位电针,观察上述诱发电位有何变化。结果发现诱发电位有明显抑制。去年通过用强串刺激的方法,初步结果表明了电针可能是抑制了特异与非特异系统内C类纤维所引起的中枢活动,以及非特异系统内Aδ纤维的活动。本文介绍了这一研究的方法与结果。
Introduction Why acupuncture analgesia? This issue has attracted the attention of domestic and foreign physiologists. In order to actively explore this precious heritage of the motherland medicine and explore the principle of acupuncture anesthesia, the Department of Physiology and Teaching of our school has done some work on the role of central specific and nonspecific systems in acupuncture anesthesia. They experimentally stimulated the pain of the animal’s pulp or the inferior alveolar nerve on one hand and recorded the evoked potentials of the central nervous system on a scope instrument. On the other hand, acupuncture points for animals to observe the changes in the induced potential. The results showed that evoked potential was significantly inhibited. Preliminary results showed that electroacupuncture may inhibit the central activity caused by C fiber in specific and nonspecific system and the activity of Aδ fiber in nonspecific system. This article describes the methods and results of this study.
